Dear Friends of Stonyhurst,
The details for the Catholic Association pilgrimage have now been finalised and I am delighted to invite you to join the Stonyhurst group.
The flights will be from Stansted and Birmingham once again. Those needing medical support will be staying in the Accueil Notre Dame. The other members of the group will again be staying in the Hotel Padoue where the staff have looked after us so well over many years.
Once again, the Catholic Association will be offering a subsidy for Assisted Pilgrims staying in the Accueil, and for helpers who will be travelling on the Catholic Association flights. Please apply early as the numbers of subsidies are limited. The Stonyhurst Pilgrimage Trust can also offer some financial support, so do ask us if support is needed to enable you to join the pilgrimage. Please do encourage friends and fellow parishioners to join the pilgrimage, we would welcome new pilgrims to our group.
Once again, we are fortunate to have Fr Nick King as our spiritual director, and he will also be the Catholic Association chaplain.
The Sanctuary of Lourdes has set the pastoral theme this year to be “With Mary, Pilgrims of Hope”
