How you can help us support our young OS when you buy a ticket for the dinner
To make the Annual Dinner as accessible as possible to all OS, the Association is subsidising the cost of tickets. If you would like to help the work of the Association, helping us to maintain contact with and support our members, then we would be very grateful if you would do so by purchasing sponsored tickets at £135 each. This will help us to offer reduced-rate tickets to our young OS and encourage their attendance. However, there is no obligation to purchase these tickets and the standard price is £110.00. The reduced rate for OS aged 25 and under is £80. Ticket prices include reception drinks, three course dinner, coffee and table wine. Disco entertainment will be provided by Nightlights DJ & Event Services.

Accommodation
Accommodation and parking are on site. Please book directly with the De Vere Beaumont, or through other booking websites. You are advised to book early to get the best room rates.
Dietary Requirements
Please ensure that you advise of any dietary requirements and food allergies when you complete the booking form.
Seating Requests
Please advise of any seating preference at the time of booking. Tables can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.
Transport
There will be a free coach to take guests to central London at the end of the evening. Please reserve your place via the booking form.
Payment
Once you have submitted the booking form you will be sent a Stripe payment link to enable you to pay by card. This can take up to two working days. Please note bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been made. A receipt will be sent to you once your payment is made. The programme will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the dinner.
Cancellations
Cancellations for dinner tickets that we receive less than 14 days before the dinner cannot be refunded.
Guest of Honour
Colonel Ben Farrell MBE OS 86 is the Chief Executive Officer of The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, the Chair of the Invictus Games Foundation Programme Board, Chair of the Forces Employment Charity and is the Founder and organiser of the Blackthorn Rally which combines motorsport and conservation in Africa.
Ben had an illustrious early career in the military during which he achieved the rank of Colonel at a very young age, he was Commanding Officer of the Irish Guards, serving extensively around the world, and was awarded an MBE aged 29.
